03/02/23 - Came in for an ice cream cake yesterday and the staff was very welcoming. Many options to choose from and even make custom cakes if you can’t find one you like. A young woman with red hair working yesterday afternoon was very helpful in finding the right cake for our daughter and even offered a to write on it. They had an abundance of colors you could write the cake with. We even decided to order some ice cream on the side, it was very good!

12/31/22 - I had a great experience at the Clovis Cold Stone. I needed a Birthday cake and they worked with me to get it made as soon as possible. Great customer service! Unfortunately I am not sure who helped me; however, I asked an employee when I picked up the cake and he said maybe it was Emily? If that is who I spoke to on the phone. I really appreciate your help!
