08/11/23 - This place is Amazing!! LOTS of ice cream choices, sundaes, smoothies. Everything here is SO good 😋😋 Prices aren't bad for the quality. Staff is friendly. On the Boardwalk on the Levee. No inside seating.

08/11/23 - Have I ordered the “Gotta Have It” and got the “Love it” instead multiple times? Sure. Have I continuously had my smoothies 1/3 empty in the past? Absolutely. I’m a grown adult man and I try not to get too upset about a little missing Ice Cweam. But one indisputable fact is that when Casey took over as a shift manager this Cold Stone location became like a phoenix rising from the ashes. With Casey at the helm, this place runs like a master pit crew at the Indy 500. I’ve never seen a young manager with such precision and skill in my life. Making ice cream and maintaining an exceptional attitude with customers is her code. I don’t think she’s taken a day off in the last 6 months. Hopefully the Cold Stone brass recognizes her talent and dedication or she will soon move on to greener pastures. I had a friend once claim he witnessed her serving a family of 5 while simultaneously on the phone resolving issues with corporate out back!Exceptional! All I know for sure is that when she is there it’s a sigh of relief that quality service is at hand.

07/16/23 - Never been to a Cold Stone before since there isn’t one in Knoxville, TN. However, I was surprised. Got a Waffle Cone with Cake Batter ice cream and peanut butter and it was delicious. Employees didn’t seem to be very happy to be there, but they’re focused and get through the line quickly
