08/09/23 - This location is much better than the UD Dayton location. No issues here vs this one. People here actually seem to care about their job and if there's people in front of me I don't have to wait 30+ minutes just to be overcharged for half a cup of ice cream and the person at the counter to get my number wrong after I've given it to them twice.

In short the other coldstone sucks. This one is always great.

04/14/23 - Delightful customer service! Abby helped me and my niece and nephew with our order, and was so positive and kind. The ice cream obviously was great, but our experience was even better. We sat outside at the patio tables now that the weather is good. Thanks again, Abby!
