06/26/23 - I recently wrote a bad review of an experience I had a few days ago at this establishment, and I have come back to share this new experience. The lovely owner reached out to me and listened to what I had to say, and they were nothing but kind to me. They asked me questions, apologized, and offered me a second try. I was given the chance to go again to get their ice cream, which was a triple pint (which I always get), for free! And let me tell you, it was redeemed. It was exactly what I wanted and more. I would highly recommend THIS coldstone over any others I've been to.

I will keep coming back, not just because the ice cream and the service is wonderful, but also because the owner really does care about their customers. And for that, I thank you!
