10/05/23 - Cold Stone is Cold Stone, it’s great ice cream, I get the same thing every time, so nothing much to say about the quality of the product. But Lerenna and Lay Lay had amazing customer service, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made my average 5/10 (employees usually just ask what you want and mix it, I remember when it used to be “welcome to Cold Stone” and a song for a tip) Cold Stone experience a solid 10/10. Thank you ladies
