08/10/23 - My mother forgot to send the deposit for my son’s bday cake. With only a few days to spare, I contacted the team at Coldstone. The manager, Melissa, worked with me to create a cake and the cake baker, Brittany, made it all happen. We are so grateful for saving our little man’s bday!! This will be our new bday tradition

07/22/23 - Just returned from a trip to Cold Stone Creamery. What a pleasant and delicious experience! The ice cream was perfect and prepared exactly as we ordered. Five people all ordering different flavors and mix-ins can be quite complicated, but not for our server. She completed our entire order correctly and efficiently. And most importantly, she made us feel that it was her pleasure to serve us. On our next visit, we hope Ellie will be our server again! A satisfied customer...
