04/05/23 - I came in with a group of friends, and we didn't get to the store immediately as quickly as we wanted to, but the store was still open. I think we got in sometime between 9:15-9:30pm. There was a lengthy line, but I was impressed at how well the night crew kept their composure,was polite, and made everything with focus and care. Service with a smile to! Told us to have a great night. I don't always go to cold stone often, but the ice cream is always great all the same as well, either this particular night as well. There were three workers there that night, and I gotta say for the number of people that were there vs. the people coming in. They handled themselves well. From my experience in the service industry and just as a customer. I look forward to coming back. :)

01/02/23 - My girlfriend forgot her cellphone there. The staff kept it behind the counter until we realized where she lost it. Great ice cream and great staff!
