08/18/23 - We went to this Cold Stone location last night aroun 9 pm (8/17/23). They had a bit of a rush at that time and the line went to the door. The two employees handled it with grace and ease. They were friendly and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air after experiencing subpar customer service at dinner just before this. Keep up the great work!
