05/13/23 - My fiance and I visited your store yesterday evening. As we were standing in line deciding what to get, the customer in front of us was extremely nasty to the employee who was taking the order. The customer was verbally abusing this young girl ( I do not know the employee name but she is Asian) and it was disgusting. Your employee was calmly trying to explain to this customer that the waffle cones were not "burnt" as the customer was trying to claim. The unruly customer made a complete scene even going as far as to curse out your employee. Your employee handled it the best way she could have after such verbal abuse. After that customer left she took my order and was kind and courteous and I commend her for not letting that previous jerk of a customer rattle her. The ice cream was great and I will definitely return.
