08/01/23 - My friend dropped his ice cream face down outside and gave up on life. He disnt want to go in and tell them. I, as a good friend, took a picture for proof and then went in and asked for a replacement. Cassidy was so kind and offered us a replacement. She is an amazing employee and I'd recommend she get a raise, or promotion if she ever wants one.
