They remembers us when we walk in and its just a great experience all around.

08/02/23 - First time in the store, first time in an actual Coldstone Creamery. Everything was explained perfectly and my family and I enjoyed the music , the up beat atmosphere from the two staff members who introduced themselves as Chris & Debbs made us feel so welcome. The ice cream was great too. This is what customer service is all about. Loved it. I’ll be back with my family again. Thank you.

07/14/23 - I came in the store with two kids under two after a couple of toddler meltdowns. The woman at the counter, Deb unlocked the doors a few minutes early and was so kind. She gave my kids free samples and a fun Barbie themed ice cream cup. I think she sensed I was a little flustered and gave me a chocolate ice cream free of charge to share with the kids. A small kind gesture went a long way, and I will be back to visit this location again. Thank you so much for your kindness. Looking forward to coming back.
