09/17/23 - We're visitng from up north and don't have Cold Stones up there so when we're near we always stop- this was one of the only good experiences we had on our stay- the service was great despite the long line and the ice cream was perfect. Thanks for being the best service we got down here, seems to be rare.

07/10/22 - Came in about half an hour before closing and there were four groups of large families there. The one in front of us made the place a sh** show, but the employees made sure everyone got helped in a timely manner regardless of how rude other customers were. They handled the last minute rush efficiently so we could get in and get out with our ice cream. We'll be ordering our ice cream ahead of time in the future due to the popularity of this place, but otherwise, no complaints.

05/22/22 - Love how they stayed open after 9. Yes they close at 9. No they don’t this frequently. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend going to this cold stone.
