02/09/23 - I placed an order online for the "All's Fair in Love and Cake" ice cream cake. When I arrived the cake was ready. They offered to write happy birthday and it looked so neat. (Apologies for the blurry photo). Will definitely be back here for future ice cream cakes.

09/07/22 - Stopped by last week after a colleague recommended I try out the Oreo Overload. A blonde young lady with long lashes was super vibrant and professional. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and accommodated to; when she was serving my ice cream, she worked quickly and efficiently while making jovial conversation at the same time. This made my experience very memorable. It is just so uncommon to see people making the time to make you feel welcomed and wanted-- especially in todays generation that is out in the workforce. This young lady had a bubbly personality and made it a point to thank me for stopping by. It made my trip all the more favorable, not to mention that the Oreo Overload was delicious. I cannot wait to go back. This ColdStone has really impressed me! It is clean, has a comfortable atmosphere, and has some real gems for staff. Anyone looking for a fun time with pleasant staff and some tasty 'cream should 100% check this location out.
