05/08/23 - Melissa does a great job and is super friendly and helpful and makes coming here a pleasure when she is working.
That being said there are a couple other employees who work there and behave like they hate their job and hate everyone who shops there for making them have to do work. I have also witnessed one of these girls LIE and say that she was Melissa when a customer got mad, I’m guessing so that they would use the wrong name when reporting her or leaving a review. I told the other customer that her name was not Melissa, because we knew Melissa, and that she was just lying to avoid getting in trouble. But it makes me wonder how many times has this trouble maker lied and given the wrong name? She was a short girl with black hair and looked like she was probably in her teens. Of course she wouldn’t give her real name…
The staff should wear name tags to avoid this issue!

03/31/23 - You can't beat the convenience of this location.

Would like to give a shout out to Melissa at this Cold Stone who made my day and helped me out. I was experiencing a lot of trouble redeeming my Cold Stone rewards offer and Melissa was not only patient but proactive in helping to resolve the issue, in addition to making an ice cream masterpiece (apparently you can pick out waffle cones and specify how you like the ice cream mixed). Without her help, I would have been at a loss. Thank you very much Melissa!
